Subscription. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Custom agreements may apply for multi-branch deployments.
Usage. You may access the platform for your restaurant operations and grant seats to your staff and partners.
Data ownership. Your order, customer, and transcript data remain yours. Halsahal processes it solely to deliver the service.
Acceptable use. No misuse, abuse, or unauthorized scraping of the platform. Respect customer consent on messaging channels.
Service quality. We aim for high availability. Some features may depend on third-party carriers or device quality.
Support. Email support@halsahal.com or use your customer success channel for priority help.
Changes. We may update these terms and will notify admins of material changes.
